Development of design documentation for the organization of rail and sea cargo transportation, including heavy and oversized cargo

Such works are carried out by our specialists for the operations requiring continuous wiring under JSC Russian Railways tracks during the Customer's work on crossing said railway tracks, including by the horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method for laying heating mains, gas pipelines, and power lines.
Development and coordination of design documentation in departments and services of the Oktyabrskaya route, including the organization of "railway windows" during the installation of the RSP, work with the rail safety, provision of railcars and motor locomotives for the delivery and unloading of materials at installation sites.
The safety packages are the company's proprietary equipment for multiple use - after use on one section of the track, they are dismantled and moved to another section in agreement with the Customer and JSC Russian Railways.
RSP installation is currently covering all the routes of Oktyabrskaya Railway of JSC Russian Railways.

Sending cargo by rail, full cycle

Development of optimal solutions for the transportation of oversized and large-scale cargo by rail, including:
- visiting the client and cargo, inspection, preparation of a preliminary transportation plan, discussion of the client's wishes, considering special cargo shipping conditions;
- selection of rolling stock;
- development and approval of technological documentation, including loading drawings;
- sending rolling stock to the departure station within the agreed time frame, working with railcar owners;
- loading accompanied by our technologist, observing that the dimensions are in accordance with the drawings;
- performance of work on securing cargo, including the supply of securing equipment;
- payment of railway tariff;
- constant monitoring of cargo en route;
- organization of cargo reception and unloading at the destination station;
The experience of the specialists working in our entity allows us to carry out transportation of any complexity, including organizing a full cycle of transportation on articulated and coupled type transporters;

- For handling your cargo, we are ready to offer our own transshipment terminals that we have designed and built ourselves, located near the Kotly and Luzhskaya stations of the Oktyabrskaya Railway.

Organization of technological "windows" through railway tracks

For 5 years, our specialists have been preparing technical documentation and securing its subsequent approval in order to organize technological “windows” for the passage of heavy and oversized cargo on the railway. This service is necessary for the delivery of cargoes from the manufacturer directly to the loading point: at the pier, or any other type of transport meeting railways along its route. Average time to prepare the necessary documents and organize the process: 30-40 calendar days from the date of receipt of the application. If necessary, the approval can be completed in a shorter time frame.
